YOUR PHOTOS ยท YOUR CHOICES
Gallery privacy.
How All Digital Productions handles event photos, optional face matching, and the details you choose to share.
Prepared October 16, 2026
You choose how to explore.
You can browse the photos the event owner makes available, including Highlights and folders. Full-gallery browsing depends on the event settings. Face matching is optional; where browsing is restricted, contact ADP for help finding photos without a selfie.
The app asks for camera permission only when you choose the camera option. It captures a still selfie, without audio. You can review the image before submitting it or choose an existing selfie instead.
Selfies and face matching.
When you agree to a selfie search, the captured image passes through our server to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition to look for likely matches within that event. This app processes the search selfie in memory and does not save the selfie file. Temporary search permissions expire with the gallery session, or you can withdraw matching from the gallery.
Event photographs are stored in private AWS S3 storage. To make photos searchable, Rekognition indexes faces in uploaded event photos and stores mathematical face representations in an event collection. A face match is a suggestion and can be wrong. It is not proof of identity.
If personalized photo-update registration is available, it is a separate choice: you verify your email and give consent before registering your face. The app associates your name, email, and an event-specific face reference to find new photos and send the updates you request. Registration does not carry over to other ADP events. Mobile numbers and text alerts are not collected by this version.
Use only your own selfie. Please contact ADP about photos of children or registering on someone else's behalf instead of submitting their face.
Names, email, and sharing.
Optional name tags let ADP Studio staff search the photos you mark. Names are not a public guest directory. Verified email can also save your favorites across devices and send a gallery-ready email without face registration. A gallery-ready message means photos are available; it does not mean photos of you were found.
You can create a private photo selection and share its link through your email app or supported sharing tools. Anyone holding that link may see or download the selected photos until it expires or is revoked. Downloads and forwarded messages cannot be recalled. Keep event invitations and private management links secure.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics.
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in or connected to an event. Browser storage remembers features such as favorites, last visits, and private management codes. Clearing it can remove access to those saved controls; verified email recovery is available for supported favorites features.
ADP Studio records gallery opens, photo views, downloads, searches, and sharing activity to understand gallery use. Analytics use event and photo references and pseudonymous session identifiers. The app does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and email providers may keep their own security and delivery logs.
Who helps deliver the gallery.
- All Digital Productions: operates the gallery, manages event access, and handles support and removal requests.
- Namecheap: hosts the application and its private database and local backups.
- Amazon Web Services: S3 stores photos and encrypted offsite database backups; Rekognition processes face matching and event face representations. The configured region is US East (Ohio).
- Google Workspace: sends verification, gallery access, and requested photo-update emails from our gallery address.
AWS states that image inputs may be stored and used for service improvement unless the account opts out. The app's statement that it does not save your search selfie describes the app's own storage, not every provider's retention. See AWS image-input handling and AWS AI services opt-out policies. We do not claim an account opt-out is active until it has been verified.
Stopping updates and removing information.
- Search selfies: not saved by this app; search access lasts for the current session, up to one hour.
- Personalized face registrations: expire at gallery closure or after 30 days, whichever comes first. Stopping registration disables updates and access immediately. Face-template removal is attempted through AWS; a failed removal stays pending for retry.
- Verified favorites profiles: expire at gallery closure or after 90 days, whichever comes first. Use the private email link to stop gallery-ready emails or remove your saved profile and favorites.
- Gallery analytics: retained in the active app for up to 90 days.
- Event photos and indexed event faces: gallery expiration closes guest access but does not itself erase the underlying photos or event collection. Ask ADP about the event's storage period or request removal.
Optional name tags can be removed using their private management control or through ADP. Photo removal requests can be submitted from the gallery. Information may remain in restricted backups until those backups rotate or are scrubbed. The app keeps up to 14 local database snapshots and one latest encrypted offsite snapshot; calendar retention depends on backup frequency. Backups do not contain the original photo files.
Need help with your information?
