Gallery terms.

Event access.

These guidelines cover the All Digital Productions photo gallery. Your event invitation and the event owner's settings determine which photos and tools you can use. Invitations and private links are intended for their authorized recipients. Do not guess access codes, bypass restrictions, or use someone else's private management link.

All-photo browsing, Highlights, folders, downloads, and sharing depend on the event settings. ADP can correct access, remove photos, revoke links, or suspend misuse. Gallery availability and email timing can change, and access may expire.

Photos and permitted use.

Viewing or downloading a photo does not transfer its copyright. Your event's photography agreement and any permission from the rights holder determine how photos may be used. These gallery terms do not expand those rights. Contact ADP before advertising, resale, publication, or other uses that are not covered by your event agreement.

Share photos respectfully and consider the people pictured. Do not use the gallery for harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or other unlawful purposes. Keep private event invitations and management codes confidential.

Optional face matching.

Use your own selfie and the consent controls provided. Face recognition returns possible matches and may miss photos or include mistakes. Review the results yourself and use the “not me” or removal controls when appropriate. Results must not be used as proof of identity or to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other eligibility.

Personalized photo-update registration, if available, applies only to the event and requires email verification and separate face consent. You may stop updates using your private management link. Read the privacy notice before using these features. Contact ADP about photos of children or requests on another person's behalf.

Email and sharing links.

Email verification, saved favorites links, gallery-ready notices, and requested photo updates are service messages. Delivery can be delayed or filtered by your mail provider. No system can guarantee that every event photo or match will be found.

A share link allows anyone holding it to access the selected photos while it remains active. Share only photos you are authorized and comfortable sharing. Revoking a link stops later access through that link; it cannot recall downloads, screenshots, or forwarded email.

Collaborator uploads.

Upload only photos you are authorized to provide for that event. Your invitation can be limited or revoked, and uploads may require ADP review before guests can see them. Keep a separate copy of your originals: this gallery is a delivery service and should not be your only archive.

Problems, requests, and changes.

Report incorrect matches or request photo removal through the gallery, or email galleries@alldigitalproductions.com. Include the event name and enough detail to identify the issue. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

ADP may update these guidelines as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Your event's signed agreement and any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
